Computer 911 began in 1994 with the mission to provide helpdesk service to computer users, independent of geographic location. Our experience taught us that to be truly helpful, a computer professional needs to know you and your systems very well.

Today, most clients request the hands-on services of an experienced technician. Yet, many problems can still be solved over the phone, with a technician providing step-by-step assistance to the caller.

For new clients, this service is billed on a per-minute basis at $1.65 a minute with a 5-minute minimum.

For established clients, help desk or remote administration may be billed via a discounted Monthly Service Plan.
