Monthly Service Plans typically include

Choose the most convenient method

Regular Monthly Service Plan:

Sign up for two or more hours per month. You may reserve the same day and time each week. You'll get priority service at special rates. The hourly rate is $110 for standard pre-subscribed hours. The Monthly Service Plan is billed in advance each month. Service requests beyond the subscribed amount during each month are billed at the hourly rate of $125. Hardware and software purchases are additional.

On Demand

Call us when you need us, whether it's one hour a month or 30. Depending on how quickly you need us, you can choose Standard, Priority, or Emergency Service.

  • Standard Service is scheduled at the next available appointment time and is billed at the hourly rate of $125.
  • Priority Service means other scheduled clients are pre-empted to provide you a fast response and is billed at the hourly rate of $150.
  • Emergency Service means we drop everything, calling technicians off current jobs to provide you an emergency response and is billed at the hourly rate of $195.
